March 11, 2007 Things just keep getting better

Well, I have only posted once but here goes. Alot has changed since I last posted here, over a year ago.

Yes, I was able to pay my rent and I still live in these apartments which I despise due to a number of things, first and foremost; I lived in a 3 bedroom house in N. AZ before ever moving to Tucson to raise my two boys, alone. A rough road but a confidence building one. Losing my job in October 2005 actually was a huge blessing. I was able to find work w/ a nursing agency, created my own days when I work and I make alot more than I used to when I do work. Sadly, my son's pre-school opens at the same time my shift at the hospital starts and they have asked that I not return until I can get to work on time. Whateva....another blessing in disguise, now I have more time for my children and can pursue my jewelry design and maybe I can run Race for the Cure next month.

I have a seat in the nursing program and am finished w/ my pre-reqs for that. I no longer despise my ex-husband and we are close friends. Strange but true.

Life is my oyster and I intend to savor every last morsel.
